Prof Chittaranjan Bhattacharjee, Director, NMIMS Centre for Executive Education has over 31 years of experience spanning Market Research, Banking, Academics, Corporate Training and is well known for start-ups in corporate academies. Part of the team which founded N L Dalmia Institute, he was Director, Global Leadership Centre, ITM, Kharghar; VP, Research, Training & Content at Wadhawan Holdings (DHFL & spinach Retail), Dean & SBU Head, Kuoni Academy, Dean & COO, Fazlani Altius Business School. He has written over 8 books and over 32 research papers in Services Marketing, Consumer Behaviour and Retailing.

Anuja Agarwal

Dr. Agarwal, Associate Dean - Technology Management, NMIMS Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management & Engineering. She specializes in the areas of Innovation, Design Thinking and Innovation Management and New Product Development. She teaches Innovation & Design Thinking in Business Management, Multidisciplinary Course on “Smart cities” , “Fostering Innovation” for the MBA(HR), and “Innovation Management” for Core MBA, Strategic Impact of Emerging Technologies, New Product Development, Human Computer Interaction, Designing Business Interactions, Integrative Manager (Harvard Case Studies on Innovation process), Quantitative Techniques and Research Methodology. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Mumbai University and an MCA from Devi Ahilya Vishwa Vidyalaya, Indore. She has completed her Bachelors in Computer Science from Delhi University.
