Dr. Shibani Belwalkar

Dr. Shibani Belwalkar is a consultant and speaker in the field of workplace cultures. She is a faculty at the School of Business Management, NMIMS, teaching a wide array of subjects including Business Ethics, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Group and Individual Dynamics, HRM, and Talent Management. She has a passion for issues around spirituality and leadership and is working on unconventional stimulating work in the areas of competitive cultural advantage through values, and about deeper purpose at the work place. Dr. Belwalkar has published several research papers. She has, for the past few years, been actively focused on leadership development, cultural transformation, and team dynamics with industry leaders. She is certified in Barrett's Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT), and is a Happiness Coach. She has been a faculty at the IPS officers Phase 1 Program at ISB, and jury on D&B's HR Best Practices 2016-17 Awards.

Shibani has 17 years of Industry experience as a banker in senior roles. She now designs and facilitates learning interventions with several prestigious organizations, and is a regular speaker and facilitator at corporate workshops and industry forums.


Dr. Veena Vohra

Dr Veena Vohra is Associate Dean and Professor – Human Resources and Behavioral Sciences at the School of Business Management, NMIMS University. Veena is PhD and MBA with specialization in HR. She has completed her doctoral dissertation in the area of Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and Appreciative Inquiry.

Veena has research interests in the areas of change management, trends in human resource management, leadership, emotional intelligence and qualitative research paradigm. She has published a number of research papers in national and international journals. Veena's recent publications span the areas of organizational environments and response mechanisms in India, critical HR practices during times of change and using multiple case study design to study leadership behaviors. She delivers courses in the areas of organizational behavior, change management, emotional intelligence and appreciative inquiry and has received the Best Faculty Award several times.

Veena has successfully facilitated numerous learning interventions across corporates. She effectively uses participant centered pedagogical methods to craft a conducive learning environment. Veena specialises in enabling leadership behaviors and emotional intelligence enhancement. She has delivered programmes on a wide spectrum of behavioural areas through management development programmes with Ambuja Cements, Novartis, Loop Mobile, Lupin Labs etc with excellent feedback. She has also designed and conducted training programmes for Mahindra British Telecom, BCCI, NTPC, Reliance Industries, Thermax, Chemtrol Engineering, Asian Heart Institute, R K Swamy BBDO, HDFC Chubb etc.
