Facilitator Profile


Dr. Shibani Belwalkar, Assistant professor, School of Business Management, NMIMS is a scholar, consultant and lecturer in the field of workplace cultures. She brings a richness of 19 years of experience in the Service industry, with senior roles at reputed organizations. Her work took on a new direction when she decided to pursue a doctorate in the area of workplace cultures, with her research revealing the impact of workplace spirituality, in particular, on organizational outcomes. Admired for her facilitation style, her work on finding meaning in work and at work through emotional and spiritual intelligence remains central to her programs.


Prof. Santana Pathak, is an Assistant Professor at School of Business Management, NMIMS. She has authored and co-authored multiple research papers and presented works at many National and International conferences. Prof. Pathak is actively associated with different societies and academies. Her academic career is won several reputed awards and has 12 years of experience. Her research interests include Culture and Communication, Bad News Delivery, Persuasive Communication, Media and Communication.
