Facilitator Profile

Dr. Bala Krishnamoorthy, Associate Dean Accreditation & Professor is spearheading the international accreditation -Association to Advance collegiate Schools of Business-AACSB at School of Business Management, NMIMS. She is a consultant for institutional development and faculty development across India for B schools. She has taken leading roles in building up Industry connect, admissions and career advancement for students and training young faculty members to contribute to research. She is well respected in the academia for her teaching and training in the area of strategic management, environmental management, consulting and general management. She has handled sessions for companies in MDPs for Mahindra & Mahindra, Reliance, Ambuja cement, AFL, Defence, TCS etc. She has published 15 articles in the last five years, in Emerald, inderscience and ABDC listed Journals in management.

Dr. Gayathri Sampath, Assistant Professor Strategy, SBM, NMIMS has spent over 16 years in marketing and strategy consulting. Have provided consulting solutions to variety of clients ranging from global Fortune 5 to SMEs and NGOs on various aspects relating to market feasibility, entry strategies, business viability and organization restructuring. Her area of expertise lies in Strategy Formulation, Strategy Implementation, Ethics in Management, Organisation change, agility and resilience, innovation.
